Intern in Timidlly, what I have changed

Over 8 weeks on the Timidlly × Ladder cohort, I built and shipped Timidlly's live media-kit dashboard and pricing assistant — the core tool that turns Timidlly's audience into paying sponsorship deals through Passionfroot. I owned the project end-to-end, from scoping the architecture with the CEO and senior coach to production launch and client handover.

The work changed how Timidlly sells. Instead of ad-hoc PDFs, the sales team now has a live media kit and a pricing assistant that quotes prospects on the first email, plus a pipeline view over 20-plus qualified leads that turned outreach from guesswork into a tracked process. It contributed directly to a measurable lift on storefront visits and sponsorship inquiries versus the Week 2 baseline.

The biggest lesson I take from this is that scope discipline matters more than speed — the weeks I spent asking questions early saved real rework later, and I learned that a two-minute working demo builds more client trust than a twenty-page architecture doc ever will.
